For my project I definitely plan on doing projection mapping using MadMapper and potentially VDMX, I'll have to see how things progress and if its necessary to use both. I am very intrigued with visuals done at concerts, specifically Electronic Music concerts. The combination of the visuals with the music is phenomena that I would like to further explore. I did some research of music videos and concerts with these visual aspects and I would like to combine the music from artists such as Flume and Rufus Du Sol and perform visuals from found videos and the effects in MadMapper to create an aesthetic that replicates this phenomenon. I will also use found videos of mountainous and desert landscapes since nature is also a big part of this euphoric feeling we can't explain. Also, the incorporation of lights will be used where appropriate to enhance the visual sense even further.
